Amy is a licensed property manager and a co-owner of VPM. She has lived in Salem for the majority of her life and is passionate about helping her community. Before deciding to start the company, Amy attended Portland State University to pursue an accounting degree and has experience in agriculture and medical billing. Amy is also a Spanish speaker.

Nathaniel goodman

Nathaniel is the co-owner of VPM. He was born and raised in Oregon, moving to Salem during high school. Prior to VPM, Nathaniel attended Portland State University for graphic design while working in food service and grocery retail management. He likes audiobooks, playing music, and supporting local businesses with the family.

Monica has worked in the property management industry since 2018 and enjoys helping property owners and residents through every stage of the rental process.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time outdoors and hanging out with her 2 cats and dog. Fun fact: she knows how to ride a unicycle!
